These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and u9999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the u9999 website located at https://u9999.cam and all associated services, including sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, promotions and customer support.

u9999 is an English-language online gaming platform designed for use by adult players. The platform displays all balances and transaction figures in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of users located in Pakistan and the wider region.

By accessing any part of the u9999 platform — whether by creating an account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or simply browsing the website — you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. • 2.2"Balance" means the total funds held in a user's account at any given time, denominated and displayed in PKR.
• 2.3"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit or bonus amount credited to an account subject to bonus-specific terms, wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• 2.4"Platform" refers to the u9999 website, associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services offered thereunder.
• 2.5"Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the user, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• 2.6"KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and age verification, required before withdrawals or at any point the platform deems necessary.
• 2.7"Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds, as specified in applicable promotion terms.
• 2.8"Operator" means the legal entity operating the u9999 platform under the applicable license jurisdiction.

To register and maintain an account on u9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• 3.1Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. u9999 enforces age verification as a mandatory step of the KYC process and will suspend any account where underage access is suspected.
• 3.2Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• 3.3One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the u9999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• 3.4Accurate Information: All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up -to-date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• 3.5Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of u9999, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of placing bets or accessing promotional offers.
• 3.6Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using u9999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. u9999 makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any particular location.

To access real-money features of the u9999 platform, users must complete the registration process. The following conditions apply:

• 4.1Registration Form: You must complete the registration form accurately, providing a valid email address, a secure password and any other details required. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed.
• 4.2Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. u9999 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other service. Any activity conducted using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• 4.3Notification of Compromise: You must notify u9999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.
• 4.4KYC Verification: u9999 reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account restrictions or closure.
• 4.5Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

By using the u9999 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• 5.1Personal Use Only: The platform is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.
• 5.2No Professional Advantage: Any user found exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, pricing inefficiencies or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage will have their winnings voided and their account suspended.
• 5.3Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the platform in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
• 5.4Device & Access Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to use the platform safely. u9999 is not liable for losses arising from connection failures, device malfunctions or third-party software interference.
• 5.5Currency Display: The platform displays all monetary values in PKR for convenience. The underlying settlement currency may differ; any applicable conversion is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

All financial transactions on u9999 are subject to the following conditions. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar local references only. These providers do not endorse, support or affiliate themselves with u9999.

• 6.1Minimum Deposit: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Check the cashier section for current limits.
• 6.2Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your u9999 account are lawfully obtained and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. u9999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation.
• 6.3Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. u9999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before releasing funds.
• 6.4Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method. u9999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe published in the cashier section, though delays may occur due to verification requirements or third-party processing times.
• 6.5Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting these requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from them.
• 6.6Fees: u9999 does not currently charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Users are responsible for any fees imposed by their bank or payment service provider.

u9999 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• 7.1Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, including any minimum deposit requirement, eligible game categories and qualifying bet types. Read the individual promotion terms before opting in.
• 7.2Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused Bonus Funds expire after this period.
• 7.3One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may forfeit the existing bonus.
• 7.4Abuse Prevention: u9999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion has been abused, exploited or obtained through misrepresentation.
• 7.5Modification & Withdrawal: u9999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the modification.

The following rules apply to all bets placed through the u9999 sportsbook and casino:

• 8.1Bet Placement: A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding stake is deducted from your account balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not deemed placed.
• 8.2Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. u9999 operates under the odds acceptance policy displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly and are accepted at the prevailing price at the moment of confirmation.
• 8.3Void Bets: u9999 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a market has been suspended prior to confirmation, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• 8.4Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per market as specified in the cashier or betting rules section. Winnings exceeding the published limit will be capped at that limit.
• 8.5Cricket & PSL Markets: For PSL T20, ICC tournament and bilateral series markets, u9999 follows standard cricket betting rules including provisions for rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments and abandonment. Specific rules for each market type are published within the market itself.
• 8.6Casino Game Rules: Each casino game — including live dealer tables, slots and table games — is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface. RTP information is disclosed in the game information panel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u9999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual or household to exploit promotions or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, arbitrage software or any technology that provides an unfair systematic advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer environments.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds obtained through unlawful activity via the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Providing false, forged or misleading identification documents during KYC verification.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after wagering activity has taken place.
• Any activity that disrupts, damages or interferes with the platform's infrastructure, security or normal operation.

All content on the u9999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of u9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• 10.1You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms.
• 10.2You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of u9999.
• 10.3Any unauthorised use of u9999's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u9999 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from connectivity failures, device malfunctions or third-party service outages beyond u9999's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you based on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics or game outcomes.
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of using the platform, whether or not responsible gambling tools were utilised.
• Any legal consequences arising from your access to the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

u9999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• 12.1By u9999: u9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, fraud is suspected, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• 12.2Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (net of any pending chargebacks or disputed amounts) will be returned to the account holder following satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon closure.
• 12.3By the User: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are treated with priority and processed without delay.
• 12.4Survival: Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law survive the termination of this Agreement.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable license jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Users accessing the platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
